Real estate office activates name change

On Monday 20 February 2012, Kalazich Smith & Associates Real Estate are becoming Activewest Real Estate Geraldton – and will move into new premises at 75 Marine Terrace.

Phil Sorgiovanni, Principal and Managing Director explains the rationale behind the changes:

“Many of our clients tell us we are very active across selling, buying and property management. Because we strive to be innovative and maintain our edge as an industry leader we decided to change our name to one that we believe truly reflects the modern aspirations and directions of this company and its team.”

“We believe this name better positions our team with a constant reminder of what our clients requires from us…an ACTIVE real estate agent.”

“We have outgrown 50 Sanford Street which has been home to this strong family business since 1975. Larger premises mean we will continue to grow our team which will enable us to offer better and more efficient services to all our clients.”

The firm will continue to operate out of their current location until lunchtime on Friday 17 February and open for business again on Monday 20 February in the new premises.
