Owners Phil and Melinda Sorgiovanni took over Warren Kalazjich in 2008 (when the company was known as Kalazich Smith & Associates) and have continued to grow the business increasing staff numbers to maintain their developing portfolio of residential sales, property management and land estate services. In Feburary 2011 Kalazich Smith & Associates became Activewest Real Estate and continues to grow from strength to strength.
